About
Who writes this guide to the parcel half
OrientDig Spreadsheet Haul is an independent guide to one narrow thing: the stretch between an item arriving at a Chinese warehouse and a parcel arriving at your door. It is written and maintained by the OrientDig Spreadsheet Haul editorial desk, a small team that also runs the product catalogue the category links here point into.
We are a partner of the agent, not the agent. We hold no stock, take no payments, and cannot see, change or refund anybody's orders. Links to orientdig.com are partner links. The product links go to a catalogue we run ourselves, which is the one conflict of interest on this site worth knowing about before you read anything else.
Questions, corrections and takedown requests: [email protected]. We answer in English.
How the guide makes money
Two ways, and both are visible on the page. Links to the agent carry a partner reference, so if you register through one and later place an order, we may be credited. The product links go to a catalogue we run ourselves.
What that does not buy: it does not buy a ranking, a recommendation or a silence. The pages here name the things this agent does not do, quote its exclusion clauses, and say plainly when splitting a parcel beats combining it, because a guide that only ever agreed with the operator would be worth nothing to the reader and not much to the operator either.
What we check before anything is published
The short version of our editorial rules, so you can hold us to them.
Primary sources only
Every fact comes from a page the operator publishes or a screen the operator captured, and the date we checked it is on the page.
Numbers that move get a date
Rates, fees and storage limits are quoted as what a specific page said on a specific day, with a pointer to your own account for the current value.
Links are opened before they are published
Including the ones that look obvious. Five help centre titles were left out of this guide because they did not resolve to a readable page.
Corrections are recorded
Fixes land on the updates page with what changed, not quietly in the text.
What this guide is not
It is not a shop. It is not an OrientDig support channel. It is not a ranking of agents, and it does not tell you that this one is the cheapest, because we have no way to measure that across routes and destinations and anybody who claims otherwise is guessing.
It also does not cover choosing items, reading quality photos or comparing production batches. Those are different jobs with different pages behind them. This site starts the moment the money for the goods has already left your account.
